New clients may request a time for their initial appointment. After requesting the appointment time and providing contact information, you will receive confirmation of the appointment and access to your Client Portal. This Portal contains the electronic paperwork to be completed prior to our first appointment! Amanda can see Kansas, Colorado, Nebraska, Maine, Missouri, Michigan, Arizona and Florida residents.
For new clients, please request only ONE appointment as the frequency for future appointments will be determined at our first appointment.
