Anxiety and OCD take many forms.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

OCD can include obsessions involving contamination, discomfort when something is out of order, distress that you might act on a harm or sexual thought, constantly doubting your sexuality and relationship, horrific images popping into your head, fear that you are a bad person or will be punished by a higher being, blasphemous thoughts that shake your faith, or fears you are responsible for something bad happening.<\/span><\/p>\n

Anxiety can look like worries about the future, your job or school, fear of embarrassment or public scrutiny, fear of having another panic attack, assumptions that others are judging you, health anxiety, perfectionism, or wondering if you are good enough.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Important note: Amanda can see residents from Kansas, Colorado, Nebraska, Maine, Missouri, Michigan, and Florida.<\/p>\n

For new clients, please request only ONE appointment, as the frequency for future appointments will be determined during our initial meeting.<\/p>\n

Existing clients can log in to their Client Portal to schedule appointments, utilize the Secure Messaging, view invoices and make payments, and complete necessary paperwork.<\/p>\n
